As an alternative to the Market, WidgetLocker is available for Direct Purchase via PayPal. This means you will not use the Google Mraket to purchase or update the app. Instead you will purchase via PayPal's website and then receive a download link, for the WidgetLocker APK, by email. You can use this link to download the latest version of WidgetLocker at any time. The Direct Purchase versions of WidgetLocker is also able to check for and download updates itself which you are then prompted to install.
Purchasing by PayPal does not require a PayPal account, just a credit or debit card. To do this look for the "Pay with debit or credit card" link as shown here
