Why does WidgetLocker ask for these permissions?

• CALL_PHONE (directly call phone numbers)
• This is used if you place a Direct Dial action, either as a shorcut or a custom slider, in WidgetLocker. If you do not use the Direct Dial shortcut, WidgetLocker will not make any phone calls.
• WRITE_SETTINGS (modify global system settings)
• This is to override the screen timeout while in WidgetLocker. It can be configured or disabled in Settings > Screen Timeout
• WAKE_LOCK (prevent phone from sleeping)
